Frequently Asked Questions
All orders in the United States are shipped via USPS. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail to corresponding e-mail address used upon checkout. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing and up to 3-5 business days for your order to arrive via standard shipping. Items that will take longer to process/ship will be stated in the item's description.
Please allow 7-10 days for international shipping vis USPS First Class.
If sent the wrong/damaged item(s), please notify us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please ensure that the address you entered is correct. I am not responsible if the package is delivered to the wrong address or for stolen packages. If your package is returned to sender, a refund will be issued.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Due to the rise in COVID 19 numbers, starting November 15th Airebil Apparel is no longer allowing exchanges or returns & exchanges. Please me sure to select your correct size. Items purchased via Queen's Collection cannot be returned or exchanged.
This sizing chart applies to all items except the WHAT WAIST CORSETS, they have their own sizing chart shown below. If you’re still unsure of what size to order please send me and e-mail or message on Instagram @airebilapparel & I’ll help you choose the correct size. All sales are final.
