Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Orders are shipped via USPS & UPS (exceptions). When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail to corresponding e-mail address used upon checkout with tracking details.
Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing and up to 2-4 business days for your order to arrive via usps standard shipping.
Items that will take longer to process/ship will be stated in the item's description.
Priority Mail Shipping: Please allow 1 business day for processing and up 1-2 business days for your order to arrive. Express orders placed before 3pm, EST will be shipped same day excluding weekends.
Please allow up to 7-15 days for international shipping vis UPS
Once the package is shipped, Airebil Apparel does not have physical control over that package. Insuring your package with ROUTE is very important.
Route Package Protection:
Route covers lost, stolen and damaged packages for a small fee. Route is automatically added to your order at checkout & is optional (suggested). If your package is lost, stolen or damaged and you opted out of the Route insurance option, AA is not to be held responsible for that package. Once a claim is filed with Route, they will either repurchase the item on your behalf or issue you a refund.
If sent the wrong item(s), please notify us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please ensure that the address you entered is correct.
If an order is returned to sender due to customer error (incorrect address or undeliverable address) the customer must pay the reship fee.
Airebil Apparel DOES NOT allow exchanges or returns & exchanges. Please be sure to select your correct size. If you’re unsure of what size to order please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or chat with us on the website for help with sizing.
Items purchased via Queen's Collection cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pickup is available at the Cherry Hill Mall on weekdays between the hours of 9-5pm. Please se the code "pickup" at checkout to waive the delivery fee. Please be sure to contact me directly via e-mail or Instagram DMs in order to schedule you pickup.
This sizing chart applies to all items except the WHAT WAIST CORSETS, they have their own sizing chart shown below. If you’re still unsure of what size to order please send me and e-mail or message on Instagram @airebilapparel & I’ll help you choose the correct size. All sales are final.
