Shipping policy

For all questions and inquires, e-mail us at info@ariebilapparel.com. ALL SALES ARE FINALOnce an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. 
Orders are shipped via USPS & UPS (exceptions). When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail to corresponding e-mail address used at checkout with tracking details.
Standard Shipping:

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing and up to 2-4 business days for your order to arrive via USPS standard shipping. Items that will take longer to process/ship will be stated in the item's description.

Priority Mail Shipping:
Please allow 1 business day for processing and up 1-2 business days for your order to arrive. Express orders placed before 3pm, EST will be shipped same day excluding weekends & holidays.
Please allow up to 7-15 days for international shipping vis UPS.

Returns:
Airebil Apparel does not allow exchanges or returns & refunds. Please be sure to select your correct size. If you’re unsure of what size to order please send an e-mail to info@airebilapparel.com and we will help you choose the correct size. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. 

 If you receive an incorrect item, incorrect size, or damaged item please email info@airebilapparel.com with a photo of the item you received along with the order number. 


Sale items & Queen's Closet:

QUEEN'S CLOSET features apparel, shoes, and accessories that have been lightly worn and are in great condition. Features in Queen's Closet ARE NOT pieces from Airebil Apparel. They are pieces that have been worn once or twice and are in need of a loving closet.There is only one of each item in Queen's Closet . All discounts and shipping rates apply.Items purchased via Queen's Collection cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Route Package Protection:
Route covers lost, stolen and damaged packages for a small fee. Route is automatically added to your order at checkout & is optional (suggested). If your package is lost, stolen or damaged and you opted out of  the Route insurance option, AA is not to be held responsible for that package. Once a claim is filed with Route, they will either repurchase the item again on your behalf or issue you a refund.
